THE ROLE:<\/strong><\/h5>\n

SPORTSKIND<\/strong> is looking for a skilled, passionate, and energetic Sports Photographer & Content Creator\/Brand Ambassador<\/strong> to join our team!<\/p>\n

This position will work alongside our event staff as visual historians, with a focus on growing our social media audience and increasing overall engagement – capturing memorable moments at our leagues, tournaments, and events.<\/p>\n

We are a growing athletics company and a leader in the adult recreation space, based in Austin. We are looking for a team player and someone as determined and excited as we are to build up an active, social, athletic, and fun community in the Dallas<\/strong>, Fort-Worth<\/strong>, Plano<\/strong>, and Irving <\/strong>areas.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/h5>\n
    <\/ul>\n
      \n
    • Create content that engages or members, tells compelling stories, and enhances the brand.<\/li>\n
    • Do a bit of everything in digital media \u2013 writing, editing, video production, and social media.<\/li>\n
    • Turn photo and video clips into engaging social graphics and video content.<\/li>\n
    • Ability to keep up with social media trends and curate content that aligns with our brand.<\/li>\n
    • Assist with running of leagues and events if requested.<\/li>\n
    • Support the Media Operations Manager<\/strong> (direct report) and the COO<\/strong> in the execution of goals and initiatives that support the media team and SPORTSKIND.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:<\/b><\/strong><\/h5>\n
        \n
      • 21+<\/li>\n
      • Interest in and passion for sports.<\/li>\n
      • Evening and weekend availability.<\/li>\n
      • Strong communication skills – must be personable yet comfortable having authority.<\/li>\n
      • Intuitively understands the type of content that succeeds and takes charge to create it.<\/li>\n
      • Experience in posting\/trends on social media apps – such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc. .<\/li>\n
      • Experience in editing programs – such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (LightRoom \/ Premiere \/ Photoshop \/ Illustrator), etc. .<\/li>\n
      • Highly organized, self-motivated, and thrives in ambiguous environments.<\/li>\n
      • You’re organized. You know how to prioritize your time to manage multiple projects with ease.\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
