This month, we’re featuring\u00a0\u00a0Joeadam Martinez<\/strong>, a long-time Basketball & Soccer athlete. You’ll even see him every now end then running the bases at Kickball!<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

How long have you been a captain?<\/strong>
\nI\u2019ve been a captain on and off for about 6 seasons. Best part has been building the team. Knowing who to add to the squad and figuring out what weaknesses need to be filled for the following season. <\/em><\/p>\n

What\u2019s your team name, and how did you come up with it?<\/strong>
\nThe Dad Jokes. We came up with it because everyone except one team member is a dad. So it just felt right. <\/em><\/p>\n

What\u2019s your favorite part about playing in SPORTSKIND leagues?<\/strong>
\nIt\u2019s the people. The league definitely brings in some genuine individuals. From staff to players it is an over all great experience to play in the league and meet new players. <\/em><\/p>\n

Got a favorite team memory or moment that stands out?<\/strong>
\nOur last season we had a buzzer beater by one of our bigs in the first game of the season. Fun way to start off our first game. <\/em><\/p>\n

What song would play during your team\u2019s highlight reel?\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>
\nOutKast – SpottieOttieDopaliscious has we all love a good marching band song. We\u2019re all from the late 80s and early 90s. Imagine that intro on a highlight reel. Fire!! <\/em><\/p>\n

What\u2019s your post-game drink or hangout spot of choice?\u00a0<\/span><\/strong>
\nWith everyone being a Dad post game drinks have been Gatorade\u2019s and our own couches. It\u2019s tough out here for old knees and taking care of babies. <\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n
